Taprobana Naturals is a small, family-run apothecary working from Sri Lanka. We grow, wildcraft, dry and pack the botanicals sold here, and this website is our catalogue and journal. You can reach us at hello@taprobana-naturals.com.

Prices, weight options and availability are shown on each specimen page. Buying is completed on our Etsy shop, where payment, order messages and buyer protection are handled; Etsy’s own terms and policies apply to that transaction alongside ours. An order is accepted when payment clears, and a confirmation is sent to the email you provide.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, the listing price was clearly wrong, or we cannot verify the delivery address. In that case you are refunded in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at the moment of ordering is the price you pay. Goods are sold by weight and hand-packed, so the net weight of a pouch may vary by a small amount either way.

Orders are dispatched from Sri Lanka within 2-3 business days. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed, since international post and customs clearance are outside our control. Any import duty, tax or handling fee charged by your country is your responsibility and is never refundable by us.

Our goods are natural harvests. Colour, scent, petal size and leaf shape vary between batches and between seasons, and photographs illustrate the character of a specimen rather than an exact match. This variation is a feature of single-origin botanicals, not a fault.

Everything we sell is sold as a botanical good — for tea, ritual, incense, craft and decorative use. Nothing here is a medicine, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Herbs can interact with medication and are not suitable in pregnancy; consult a qualified health professional before use. Products are sold to adults aged 18 and over.

Damaged, incorrect and lost orders are replaced or refunded, and unopened goods can be returned within 30 days. The full detail is in our return and refund policy.

The photographs, product writing and journal articles on this site belong to Taprobana Naturals. You are welcome to link to any page, but please do not republish our images or text commercially without asking us first.

We use the name, address, email and phone number you give at checkout only to fulfil and support your order, and we pass them to our checkout and postal partners for that purpose. We do not sell customer details. Write to us at any time to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted once your order is complete.

We take care with every listing, but the site is provided as it is and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms as the shop grows; the version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the law of Sri Lanka, without affecting consumer protections you have in your own country.
