The specimen

The larger pouch of whole blue lotus, for those who have already made the flower part of their evenings. Gathered from the same highland ponds as our 25 g pouch, dried whole and packed the week it is picked. Nothing is blended in: no white lotus, no leaf, no scent. What you open is what was gathered.

Brewing ritual

Three to five flowers per cup, water just off the boil, five to seven minutes. Store the pouch sealed, away from light and heat.
