The specimen
Fifty grams of whole white lotus, dried in the shade and packed in a resealable kraft pouch. The same quiet, honeyed flower as our smaller pouch, in a size that suits a household rather than a single cup. Harvest labelled. Nothing blended in.
Brewing ritual
Two to four flowers per cup, four to six minutes. Keep the pouch sealed and away from sunlight.
